Depends: It may be diet you are eating, if so, try to avoid certain foods esp. Spicy and greasy ones and things like coffee and try tea instead which is good for gastritis. Also a little ginger ale sometimes helps esp. With nausea. Also avoid orange juice and citrus as this is also very acid as well.
