is zinc carnosine an effective natural treatment for gastritis?

1 doctor answer
Dr. David Krulak

Helpful adjunct: The medical literature shows that zinc carnosine can reduce inflammation, hasten the healing of stomach lining injury, and speed the eradication of H pylori. However, use as a sole treatment (particularly with H. pylori) would generally be seen as suboptimal.
