Many ways...: Regular exercise, a healthful diet, stable sleep and waking times, a structured work-day (even when motivation is low), support from loved ones and giving support to others (!), daily meditation or prayer as best suits your spiritual outlook, someone to speak about your feelings regularly. Natural herbs (st. John's wort) may help, too, but these are really just meds! ask a pro if persistent.

Natural treatment: By naturally, i'm assuming that you mean without medications. If that is the case, i would recommend therapy, without herbal supplements. Therapy has been shown to be quite effective for many people who suffer with this illness.
