Yes: Sarcoidosis is an auto-immune disorder where the body reacts to itself. It can affect any part of the body. Muscle & joint pains can occur & further tests for lupus, rheumatoid arthritis & polymyalgia rheumatic (pmr) are recommended. Consult a rheumatologist. He should also have a pulmonary & cardiology consultation.
