I cleaned today with bleach.. small area (bathroom) now my throat is irriitated and sore... i keep coughing... choking spells.. i have sarcoidosis of the lungs as well as severe acid reflux... what can i do?

Open the windows where you did the cleaning and breath in a clear area9 outsde if no polution) and you should getb better in a short while. If not pl go to urgent care/ ER or your doc. Next time do the cleaning with a mask on and widows open. Hope you feel better
