Multi organ: Can affect many organs, most common is some effect on lung capacity. Can also effect vision. Mainstay has been steroids but many doctors are turning to some type of immune modulator and some to some of the classic big gun arthritic medications in resistant cases or to be steroid sparing.

See below: symptoms vary from a rash to shortness of breath. treatment varies as well depending on location and your degree of symptoms Sarcoid affects the lungs most of the time. It can just cause enlarged lymph nodes up to fibrosis.
