My cousin sister, 16 yrs old recently undergone an operation for extra flesh growth in her nose.after two weeks she vomited a lot of blood.why is it?

Not uncommon: Initially after surgery, however 2 weeks after seems a bit strange. There is normally some blood swallowed down the back of the throat in the early recovery period, but this should not persist. See a physician. The source may or may not be related to the nasal surgery.
