Must be evaluated: Despite the COVID 19 cases at the hospital, this is an urgent situation. The hospitals tend to isolate the patients with fever, who are suspected cases of COVID 19. You must be evaluated, the hospital will advise regarding testing and management. They have PPE to protect the patients, wear a mask and face shield if you have one.

Med eval: If you have severe abdominal pain and are having either bloody emesis or feces- than this requires urgent medical assessment. This is important - even in the time of COVID 19.
