Marijuana?: It is unlikely that a urine drug test will be positive (or stay positive long) based only on this small second-hand exposure, however, depending on weight and how often you have smoked marijuana in the past, it may still be positive from prior use. If you are obese and/or a chronic, heavy user, a drug test will stay positive for several weeks-months.
