Not related : It's unlikely that your dizziness has any relation to quitting smoking. Dizziness in the absence of other symptoms is usually a benign condition causes by a virus in the ear, but could be due to other very dangerous conditions. You should visit and ENT doctor for a physician exam. And don't drive if you're dizzy. It's dangerous.

Eval: I doubt that smoking cessation 30 days ago is causing your dizziness. Because dizziness and loss of balance can lead to possible serious injury from a fall - recommend medical evaluation to determine the cause. After the cause is determined a treatment plan can be developed.
