Keep walking.: It sounds like you are describing "claudication", which is pain and fatigue in leg muscles from narrowed or blocked arteries in the leg. Stopping smoking is a great first step. Continued exercise - even though you have to stop to rest - is also key. Procedures can be done to open the arteries, but with good exercise and no smoking, you may not need them. Be encouraged - you're doing great!
