Hello. : Hello. Although i prescribe a lot of wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) i can't provide you with a definitive answer. I know that many people get nausea or feel jittery if they are using very much of a stimulating substance (like coffee) with wellbutrin (bupropion).. As a result, my patients normally ween down on their coffee levels before even starting wellbutrin (bupropion). Because cigarettes are filled with stimulants, i would reason that they could cause a similar problem. There can sometimes be increases in blood pressure with wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) especially when used with nicotine replacement. I recommend that you talk to the provider who is prescribing your wellbutrin (bupropion) and that your blood pressure be monitored take care.

The : The dizziness that you are experiencing are most likely due to nicotine, one key ingredient in tobacco smoke. Nicotine has a number of effects on central nervous system and it also activates the sympathetic nervous system and by acting via splanchnic nerves on the adrenal medulla, stimulates the release of Epinephrine (also known as adrenaline) into the bloodstream. Epinephrine increases heart rate and constricts blood vessels, which results in elevation of blood pressure. I wonder if what you are experiencing are actually the effects of released epinephrine. It is hard to tell if your taking any of the medications you described could have any interactions with the nicotine, other smoke ingredients or the released epinephrine. It is possible. However, at this point one good strategy that could very likely improve your health and quality of life would be to refrain from smoking.
