Diet: Low sugar diet, take your medications regularly, keep your portions low, exercise, go get eyes checked, see your doctor every 3-4 months., ....And keep your hba1c<6.5. Also keep your bmi<25.

Avoid sugar: Take a supplement of thiamine (or benfotiamine if you can get it)> dr thornalley has shown that diabetics excrete large amounts of thiamine in urine. Whether this occurs in prediabetes is unknown but it is totally unharmful.
