Study issues on google, khan academy, wikipedia, nih.Gov, etc. 2 very large multi-country observational trials comparing those taking daily vs. Not (& attempting to match other issues) have shown zero benefit, yet ~5% higher mortality rate in older women. Focus on food & specific issues.
