Multivitamins are usually- one tablet or gummy par day and they are to supplement the vitamins and nutrients in one's diet. If one is feeling anxious enough to want to 'eat' something, one is encouraged to talk to a Counselor for advise. I do not recommend ever taking multivitamins, as this broad approach does not seem to address specific vitamin issues, and often the large tabs or capsules do not even get absorbed. Multivits do not fix anxiety, but cognitive behavioral therapy might help immensely.
