Female 31 and just had a vp shunt revision she has had it adjusted somewhat recently but starts to stutter every so often could it be malfunction?

Unliklely: Stuttering is generally a speech problem not associated with shunt malfunction. However, symptoms of shunt malfunction can be varied and if the symptoms are new it is worth while seeing your surgeon for an evaluation.
