After : After a significant loss, it is not unusual that people feel mental stress and physical pain. Stuttering can also occur under such conditions. But the same stresses can sometimes also increase the risk of serious medical problems. For symptoms like this it is best to get checked out by a physician familiar with the history, who can identify medical problems and help coordinate mental health support.

Stuttering: First, it is advisable to be examined by your Primary Care Physician to rule out any illness. If you do not have an illness then consult with a Clinical Psychologist to help with these symptoms. Medication from a Psychiatrist may give additional help.
