Indigestion: It appears as if you are running after eating. The reason the tests are normal could be that the only problem is that you are running after eating. Running to soon after eating (less than an hour after a small meal, or 3-4 hours after a large meal), will leave your stomach uset, cause diarrhea, or stomach cramps.
