Inflammation: Which means you have inflammation mainly . No cancer and no h. Pylori infection. Things like stomach acids, medications can cause irritation/ inflammation. Discuss further with your doctor.

Not bad: It means that you probably have some irritation of the stomach lining. The most common causes are acid over-production or bile reflux. It is good news that the h. Pylori is negative and that there is no malignancy. You may need some medication and a re-scope in a few months to ensure proper healing.
