Need to see doc: Incontinence at night in bed in an older woman is usually urge incontinence. The bladder muscles squeezes down to empty urine without the patient wanting that to happen. Can be related to low hormones, infections, prolapse issues, diet, medications, back problems.....Probably needs to be seen by a urogynecologist or urologist.
