Urethral stricture?: Scar tissue within urethra can cause a stricture, which is a narrowing. Urine can be trapped above narrowing after u have finished urinating, this leaks out as incontinence after voiding has been completed.Scarring at bladder neck or urinary sphincter can prevent urethra from closing. Solution:- evaluation by urologist ; may require surgical urethrotomy, reconstruction or artificial sphincter.
