A member asked:

I think i might have gastritis i have chronic upper stomach pain, what's some treatment for it ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gastritis: I wouldn't necessarily blame gastritis for your chronic pain. You can try an antacid medication such as zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid and see if it helps. There can be other causes of upper abdominal pain such as acid reflux, ulcers, gallbladder, pancreas. Ibs.
