A 23-year-old male asked:
What is the difference in treatment of gastritis with only stomach pain and pain combined with vomiting. does one dose of nsaid cause single or both?

Internal Medicine 60 years experience
Pain and Vomiting: are symptoms of gastritis and inflammation of the stomach lining. A single dose of an NSAID is very unlikely to cause this condition except in individuals who are "senstive" to this class of anti-inflammatory medications.
I hope this is helpful! Healthy New Year
