Gastroesophageal Reflux can be caused by high stomach acidity, loose gastroesophageal sphincter and a combination of other factors such as overeating, obesity and poor diet. Try eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables (lots of good fiber), and low in acidic or spicy components (avoid coffee, soda, saturated fats, fast foods). Be sure to drink at least 3 liters of fresh water daily and exercise
