Stomach acidity?: I assume you are speaking of the stomach and esophagus. What could be more natural than calcium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate? Sit up, eat small meals, do not lay down within a few hours of eating, avoid alcohol, coffee (caffeine), and tobacco. This would be a very good start.
