Difficult: Though hard, it is possible if your acne is mild. Decrease dairy and soy intake. Drink plenty of water. Cut down or eliminate suggary foods. You may also want to take a zinc supplement.

You won't: Diet will do little. Drinking more water will do nothing. Zinc does nothing. It is not your fault that you have acne. It is genetics & hormones. Not diet or hygiene. Not because you touched your face. Not hair style. Not due to stress. A dermatologist will help you.
