Not as long lasting: Using injectable fillers to obtain rhinoplasty results works well to give a sense if what a surgical rhinoplasty would look like. Fillers are used mainly for augmentation of areas of the nose or depressions that need to be balanced out. Fillers cannot make the nose narrower, the tip smaller, etc. Fillers last about 1 yr in the nose and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you do not like it.

No: Injectable fillers temporarily change the shape of the nose while surgery is a permanent change. Go for a consultation with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

No: Injectable nose jobs or " liquid rhinoplasty" has little in common with surgical rhinoplasty other than the name. The injectable substances are often non permanent and do not in any way change the underlying structure of the nasal bones and cartilages which are critical to a successful rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty: While liquid rhinoplasty has become popular and good results can be obtained in experienced hands, injection of fillers into the nose is an off label use of the product. Surgery remains the gold standard in rhinoplasty.
