How tall?: Please do not be concerned about being skinny if you are otherwise healthy. Eat a balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, whole grains; low in saturated fats; no more than one drink a day; no tobacco. In a few years you will gain weight and look back fondly at these years when you could eat anything and not gain weight.
