Conservative things: You need to make sure you are not increasing your milage and/or pace too fast. The pace at which you are increaing your milage and the number of days per week are too much too fast. Your body needs time to recover as do the muscles. Cross train on odd days rather than run, stretch, get massages and stay hydrated with fluid that has electrolytes, not just water.
