Scalp/Anal Itch: It sounds as if you have two contions. The scalp may be a condition called seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis. The anal itch can be due to many things: toilet paper, foods, medications, soaps or detergents, improper cleansing the anal area, and more. See your physician; he/she can usually iron these problems out. Shampooin daily with a tar shampoo may help the scalp.
