If it's ear eczema of and around the ears, your pharmacist can recommend a topical steroid ointment to try. If it's ear canal eczema a physician would have to prescribe topical ear drops to be instilled. In between these applications apply a thin film of a moisturizer like aquaphor. Consult a dermatologist as needed.
