See an eye doctor: Often, pressure around the eye is nothing more than atypical headache or sinus pressure. It is difficult to know for certain without having an eye doctor evaluate you, and this sensation can be caused by other conditions that should be checked out. Please see an eye doctor.

Probably: Sinus disease. Try otc meds, and if no change, see an ENT doctor.
