Exercise: Fitness has different meanings for different people. I think everyone should incorporate aerobic exercise, strengthen training, flexibility training, balance training, proper nutrition and proper sleep. You should strive to exercise everyone day for at least 30 minutes a day. Make your program fun to maintain life-long fitness. And set periodic goals.
