Take care of...: One should take care of both the mind and the body. First, no drugs and no smoking. Occasional alcohol is ok, if no alcoholism in the family. Keep a healthy mental outlook. Exercise every day or every other day, 30-60 minutes each time. Eat natural foods, with plenty of vegetables. Avoid animal fats, sugars, and refined starches. Of course, eat no more calories than one's body needs.
