Consult needed: If you are considering dental implants, then you should have a consultation with the surgeon who will actually be placing the implants. He\she will go over your complete medical and dental history, examine the area in question, both clinically and radiographically and discuss everything that you need to know. What you describe is not necessarily problematic.

No risks: Hormonal fluctuation has never been a risk factor. Diabetes, smoking and a few others, but not that.

No: There is nothing in the literature that says that female hormonal status affects implant success rate.

No Issues!: The medical various issues that arise from a women's change of life period have no effect on the success or failure of dental implants. Smoking, early loading (function), active oral infections, uncontrolled diabetes, and other serious medical problems, do! so if you are otherwise healthy, go ahead and get your dental implants!

Nothing special: There are no contraindications for you to have dental implants that would be different from others not at this menopausal stage. Overall health, amount and location of bone, systemic diseases ... These are the same for all. Good luck.
