Likely: If you did the tests correctly and did those at more than three weeks after sex, you are unlikely to be pregnant. For the sake of safety use contraceptive till you are free of periods for more than one year. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Possible but unsure: It is only after you have gone through at least 12 consecutive months of "missed ovulatory menstrual cycles" that you may be considered "menopausal". Until then, or unless your blood hormonal levels of FSH, LH are elevated in the menopausal range and your estrogens are very low, you may be considered to still be "perimenopausal" or simply entering the menopausal transition period of your life.
