hello i have a bad cough since january 3rd and its not going away with anything and i got it about 2weeks after surgery any one can help me?

Exam: You need to be examined and have a full physical as this has hung on too long. Your doctor will listen to your lungs, possibly get a chest x-ray and blood work. Antibiotics without an examination are rarely the right answer.

Evaluation: A persistent cough after surgery could be caused by many things. An evaluation by an otolaryngologist should help to pinpoint the cause and lead to treatment.
