Likely Yes: While I cannot say with 100% certainly, as I do not know how well your kidneys are functioning or if you have any stomach problems, I can say Ibuprofen taken as recamended on the bottle is likley fine. I do hope you feel better soon!

Should be ok: Check with your dr to be sure as I do not know your whole history. If you have no underlying bleeding problems or no risk with an nsaid, you should be fine. If you are on a medication such as warfarin, then you should not take the medication, so not knowing all of your history and the medications you take etc. makes it tough to be 100% sure it is ok.
