Have noticeable lump in rt temple causing severe nerve pain in jaw/ear for 3 mos. even after 3bouts antibiotics. i'm a young mom and scared please help.

Probably no infecton: Since the swelling does not respond to antibiotics it is unlikely an infection. Further investigation by MRI could help determine the cause of this. I would suggest you schedule a consultation with an oral surgeon
