Yes: Cholinergic urticaria is hives that occur after an increase in body temperature usually related to exercise. Any antihistamine should improve the hives. The newer generation antihistamines are as effective as older one and have less side effects.

Cetirizine: Cetirizine, generic for zyrtec, (cetirizine) might help.
