You can, but: at a cost though, first what kind of urticaria do you suffer from? You need to be diagnosed right to be treated right, steroids can be used but at a cost to your health, omalizumab, an expensive medication, can be used too, but with caution under doctor's supervision and only for chronic idiopathic urticaria. In experienced hands, right antihistamines + other meds can be used to control urticaria

Urticaria: difficult situation if u don't want to use anti histamines. can take prednisone- takes time to work- few hours . also could try pinetarsol oil for symptomatic relief but does not do anything to stop the histamine release. see your doctor if concerns. anti histamines should be used if possible.
