Easy does it: At four years of age, children don't eat because they are not growing as rapidly as they did as an infant. Consequently they become very choosy when they eat. Let your child graze, i. E. Let her eat what she wants. Don't make an issue of it because you create an unwanted eating problem. By the way, vitamins will not increase her appetite.
