Be aware: Pediasure is best reserved for children who are unable to gain weight for medical reasons. Giving her pediasure will impact her appetite so it will be a viscious circle. If she has a big appetite but cannot gain weight then you need her examined to look for other causes including thyroid, intestinal malabsorption, and eating disorder. Please seek pediatric review with her doctor.
