Raberprazole is a gastric acid suppressor and is usually effective in relieving symptom related to hyperacidity. Your description of symptoms of pain in the "chest and the rib" are not typical of hyperacidity. More likely related to musculoskeletal pain. Please report lack of relief with your doctor and ask about other measures aimed at temporary pain relief.

In order to get a specific treatment a diagnosis has to be formulated. In order to get a diagnosis at a minimum a detailed history and a physical exam should take place with tests being ordered as needed. Returning to your doc would make most sense at this point.
