Exercise: Stop overeating by drinking a full glass of water before your meal. Then you need to train yourself to not heap you food on your plate, eat from a smaller plate, and discipline yourself to not get seconds. Start with small exercise goals like walking or stretching regularly and increasing the intensity and duration of exercise every few weeks. Get a workout buddy!
