Choose to stop temazepam 30mg. so far with 1/2 dose, doing good. keeping busy, eating healthy, exercise regularly, 4 days have passed. can i decrease to 7.5mg starting day 5.? duration??? in # days to end medication?

It could be more difficult when tapering below 15 mg but you can do it. You can take either 15 mg q other day or 7.5 mg daily for a 5-7 days then as needed only then.
