Hyperhydrosis: Important to determine that it is not from another source such as thyroid disease. Methadone commonly causes sweating. If you have exhausted non drug treatments then the Alpha adrenergic agonist clonidine(catapress) can be used in low does. Also anticholinergic medications can be used.
