Eat healthfully: Any multivitamin that you can tolerate may help you overcome any nutritional deficiencies. There is some evidence that frolic acid (folate (folic acid)) deficiency can be associated with depression, so check that the multivitamin has more than 500 mcg of folate (folic acid). A balanced diet will provide the Amino Acids you need. If you do not eat much fish, omega 3 fish oil supplements may also be helpful.
