Depends: How many hours of sleep did you get? What was the quality of your sleep? Were you awakened often? Do you snore? Could you have a sleep apnea issue? What does your partner (if you have one) say about your sleep? Keep a sleep diary. Get a good medical exam. Exercise. Eat a good diet. Get in optimum health. Don't be afraid to see your pcp for a good physical, lab, and eval.
