A member asked:

No matter how much sleep i get i'm always tired! what could be wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

OSA: Being tired all the time may indicated sleep problems that can be life shortening or life threatening. If apnea is involved, oxygen desaturation during sleep puts tremedous stress on the major organs, particularly your brain and heart. The only way to know if there are serious problems is with an overnight sleep test. I encourage you to seek help.
